Case Studies
When a network reaches a certain size, complexity or criticality you need the flexibility to manage it your way. Organizations around the world and in every industry depend on products from Kratos Networks to proactively manage their network and IT infrastructure. Here are just a few examples of our success with clients.
DISA
DISA Uses NeuralStar to Manage Global Communications Availability for Worldwide Defense Operations. Since 1999, the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) has used NeuralStar from Kratos Networks as the primary software component to administer the DISN as part of its Integrated Network Management System (INMS).
CCS
Certified Cyber Solutions uses dopplerVUE to manage security and network operations for smart homes. After reviewing several solutions, co-founders of CCS, Russ Pritchard, CEO and Doug Weinstein, President selected dopplerVUE as the core interface and network monitoring platform that enables cyber security solution. dopplerVUE was the only out-of-the-box product that operated like a custom solution that could readily support their needs.
Network Alliance
Network Alliance technicians have been using dopplerVUE since 2008 to be more proactive in watching over their IT infrastructure, from switches and routers to firewalls, servers and more. According to Brown, “It tells us if network utilization is getting too high or when a server is getting a certain degree of latency. We can look into a firewall to keep the queue short, seeing their length on a daily or weekly basis.” One advantage has been that dopplerVUE has allowed Network Alliance to go from using four separate tools for managing alerts to one, making it easier to pinpoint and fix problems quickly.
